Who You Are

- 3+ years of experience in Commercial roles, public relations, or similar in professional services and/or consulting environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Relations, Administration, or a related field
- Strong customer-orientated attitude, self-motived, detail-oriented
- Positive personality with an assertive attitude, well-organized and impeccable presentation
- Effective, clear, and charismatic presentation skills.
- Highly collaborative, strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Solution-based sales experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced level of English language proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great self-management skills and goal-oriented

What You Will Do

- Create and implement Heranza's commercial strategy definition.
- Acquire new customers and manage relationships (both new and existing).
- Implementation and progress follow-up by company objectives.
- Public Relations Management (Strategic planning and establishment of objectives to achieve competitive sales).
- Quality control (Detect the needs of the existing and new clients to determine how they can be satisfied).
- Identify partnership opportunities.
- Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand.
- Maintain existing business and account managing
- Effectively manage its own sales pipeline from the prospecting phase to the closing.
- Manage all aspects of commercial digital campaigns from the launch, progression, results, closing, and upselling.
- Strong attention to detail and superior analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- A true team player

Our future Commercial Lead will take strategic direction from our CEO and indirectly report to our BDM; the role is vital to Heranza's growth since it will help us scale and maintain relations with key clients, as well as expand new business and work in a cross-business role.
